I. Magnin Abe Schrader 1960s 60s vintage summer dress suit in brown plaid

Made of a lightweight cotton madras or cotton/linen blend, lined in the skirt area with a lovely deep brown cotton, this cool vintage dress with jacket is a delight. Accordion pleats or permapleats. Beautiful brown and gold buttons on the jacket. Abe Schrader for I. Magnin. No fabric tag. Size is listed as 40. Fits like a modern 6. Pit to pit of the dress is 18.25". Pit to pit of the jacket is 18.5". The total length of the dress is 41". Union tags are present on both jacket and dress indicating the dress dates from the 1963-1974 era. Seems almost unworn. No signs of wear. For photos I paired it with a belt of my own which is not part of the ensemble sold here.
