Antique Silver Marcasite & Faux Garnet Ruby Locket Pendant Necklace 925 Italian Late 1800s early 1900s. Locket unsigned. Chain signed IOV. Antique silver locket. Locket height not including bail 1 3/4". Locket width 1 1/4". Locket has been polished, but is still tarnished on inside frames as shown. Marcasite detail has a number of missing stones, see photos. Center stone is red glass or crystal faux ruby or garnet in a marquis shape. Back of locket has scratches from wear, see photos. Locket closes securely. Bail is not original. Chain is 925 Italian silver 18" rope chain. Stamped 925, Italy, and makers mark IOV. Please feel free to ask questions or request more photos.
