Semi sheer arms and back. Great condition sandy liang dress. Class black and white pattern with a great drape to the fabric. Gorgeous classic vibe with a hint of 90s. Looks cute with docs, unfortunately this was tight when I bought it and won’t fully button over my boobs so selling and looking for larger size
