VINTAGE Wet Seal sequin/beaded tank with mesh-like material! Not see through, there is a undercover so it isn’t see through and also so the sequins don’t scratch :) so sad to let this go but it doesn’t fit me :( this is a RARE top! There are some spots where sequins are missing but you can’t really tell, it is a vintage piece so it is in really good condition!
