Vintage Handmade Burgundy Wine Velvet Pants

Vintage handmade burgundy wine coloured velvet straight leg pants. Velvet feels like it could be proper silk velvet but as there are no tags I'm not certain. It has a lovely sheen and feel to it. Lined, zips up back with button at top. Great used condition. Waist measures approx. 15 inches laying flat, hips 18.5 inches laying flat, inseam is 23.25 inches, rise is approx. 12.25 inches. Cat friendly, nonsmoking home.
