Instructions refer to them as your “ Powder Puff Pet.” box reads: What is Urban FX? Urban EXas a special blend of pulverized holographic film and crystallina migro glitter. Mix FX with your favorite cosmetics for extra dazzle. Under direct light, you'll see a full-spectum holographic effect, under low light, your skin shimmers sofly. Be careful opening FX…..hold the test tube upright and carefutly unscrew to keep from spilling. A little goes a long way. How do you use it? * Mix FX with lip gunk for a fittery glossy mouth. * Add FX to hair gel or mousse for extra sheen. * Work it throughout or apply a heavier dose to pieces of your hair * Sprinkle Ex over your favorite nail enamel or dab a "brushful" of polish into a pile of EX and apply to nails. * Pour some EX on the puff and dust it all over your body….it works best to use lotion first (more staying power that way) Put FX in face powder and/or foundation, it adds a glow to skin. * Mix FX with your favorite body lotion for luminous skun. * Mist your hair with hair spray, and while it’s still tacky sprinkle FX over.
