@lauravgl hi. Its priced to reflect condition of the bag.Only minor flaws since used. I did my best take photos of the minor wear seen on creed patch, bottom corner edges of bag where rubbing occurs when used. crossbody strap and you can see which buckle adjustment whole was used on the strap. Crossbody and shoulder strap is used/ not a perfect arch. Care Card insert is discolored, used and not in good condition seen in photos has wear.

@lauravgl also, I have other coach bags in my closet new with tags if you prefer more prestine condition no flaws, but at a different price point if interested.

@lauravgl i reuploaded a new video of the inside and reuploaded pictures in better lighting as well as edited the listing for the measurements. Note: i just noticed there is a stain inside the bag from usage that i did not see or take a photo of prior under bad lighting.
