Measurements taken of garment laying flat; 13" shoulder to shoulder, 16" bust, 15" waist, 16" hips, 34" length. 100% cotton. There are several stains ****(see photos) inside dress lining around armpits, 2 small stains on the outside of dress, and fray of brown fabric. A playful and stylish look.
