Polka Dot Teal Dress

Teal polka dot dress. Very cute but reposhing because it didn't fit the description I purchased it under. This is labeled as a 4, but fits like a 0 and the color is mildly faded and way more green than blue. See last 3 pictures for current color. Super short.
