This is a beautiful vintage piece in excellent gently used condition. It’s an Abalone Shell & Metal (probably an Alpaca Silver) crafted Fish Bottle opener from Mexico. It’s has LosCabos fully across one of its sides crafted into the design. It has a very smooth finish and feel to it and you can still partially see the word Mexico engraved in the metal alloy in its top side, see pic & you can see the word Alpaca on the bottom portion of the metal, see pic.
