AT Orange blouse

This Ann Taylor blouse is bright and light to wear. The material is not heavy at all. It is made from 100% polyester, so there is no expanse or stretch. It has buttons all the way up to the neck, so you can button the collar if you like. The sleeves go past the elbow and are 3/4 sleeves. Measures 23" across the bust (laying flat) and 23" top (from the collar) to the bottom.
