Rouge! Mint Green Polka Dot Mini Dress

NWT Images are from rougelips. I am reposhing this item as I just didn’t like how it looked on me. Very lightweight and flowy fabric Very comfortable Ideal for an outdoor wedding or event 100% polyester Color is described as mint, but it looks like it’s a pale blue-green with too much blue hue to be called mint. Regardless, the color is very pretty just not as minty green as expected.
