NWOT - I love this skirt ! In fact I love it so much I’m bringing in 2 more color ways ! Elastic at the waist, it has two “sleeves” that tie giving me flashbacks of wearing flannel shirts around my waist with my favorite velvet Doc Martin boots and Nirvana t-shirt when I was 10... I still can’t believe the 90’s are back.. haha In my opinion this skirt is timeless! And can be worn easily for almost any occasion. This skirt comfortably fits a women’s size Small.
