Grifflin Lace contrast jacket with zipper front

Zipper front and pockets in gold tone Black lace over green material Round neck Long sleeve Was worn, once for a dinner event. In the last picture, it’s very hard to see or find but the is a tiny piece of loose lace. I’m not sure if it’s the pattern or a flaw.
