I bought this brand new a while ago, and only wore it a few times. It's a black dress with a ribcage print on the bodice top. The tutu skirt part has three layers and is very full. The dress zips up the back. It's a junior's size XXL. The chest measures about 16", the total length is about 34.5", and the waist is about 16". The skirt part of the dress is very full and will fit a variety of hip sizes. Those measurements were taken while the item was laying flat.
