Tiered ALine skirt with ruffle detail. I took the stitching out of the V neck so I could wear a white undertop ..... it would be easy to stitch it back up. In great condition. 100% cotton machine wash. This is a pullover dress. Armpit to armpit is 18 length from sholder to bottom is 34. Approximate measurements but close.
