This skirt is size 3X and made by Coldwater Creek. It is made with 95% soft viscose and 5% spandex and machine washable. It has an elastic waist and two side pockets. The waist measures 22" across unstretched and it is about 39 1/2" in length. It is new with tags, (retail value of $89.95), might have some wrinkling with shipping. Very nice skirt.
