A 50s-inspired retro halter with wide tie straps and a collared neckline. Fitted waist; the sides of the bodice are heavily gathered with elastic for a perfect fit. The bodice has inner construction (akin to a bra) that'll keep the girls in place. Narrow straps can be adjusted to different lengths with buttons. The skirt is circular cut with volumes of fabric. It's dramatically full on its own & can be pumped up even more with a crinoline. The print is wonderful- it's called 'Carnival' and was a limited release, available on only a few styles during the fall of 2017. It's a 1950s inspired novelty print that captures the magic of Mardi Gras day.
