Beautiful condition. I’d say new without tag, but I have no proof. Material feels crisp and so does the tag. Items have been steamed for sanitization (if applicable) and are sealed in a plastic resealable bag for storage. Items come from smoke free, dog friendly home. Thank you, Sarah.
