Brand new with but it’s been moved around and folded so much that there are small signs of wear on the waistband 😬 Honestly not noticeable when it’s on or unless you look up real close. I bought this in a tall so it wouldn’t be a true mini length on me. On my 5’4” body it fits like the length in the second stock photo for reference.
