lnher @itsprincessa I believe so...I am regularly a size 7 but I wear slides in a 6 so my heels don't fly off while on stage. They do not feel too tight when I do this. There's also the hair dryer trick many do with these heels-warming up the straps then quickly inserting your feet so they stretch/mold to your particular size/shape.
