Vintage Black Chiffon Dress with Flocked Orange Polka Dots, 1970s Whimsygoth Dress Sz M Gorgeous black chiffon crepe dress is flocked with orange polka dots of various sizes. The dress has a fitted waist and a full, floaty skirt. The bodice has a v-neck and short, almost capped, sleeves. The dress is fully lined and both the dress and the lining have rolled hems. There are no tags in this dress at all. The only marking is the word "SHAKTI" printed on the outside of the liner. Its visible through the chiffon, but since Shakti is a Hindi word that means power, energy, or force (often feminine in nature), I think its a really interesting and fun touch! No condition issues.
