This vintage Nettie Rosenstein signed brooch has a faux turquoise piece in the middle and is surrounded by a ring of tiny rhinestones. Many of the rhinestones have fallen out and the piece has been discounted accordingly. Pin is set on gold plated brooch with a bed of faux pearls.
