Vintage Edward S. Curtis prints- Originally published in the 70’s these are reproductions printed on quality art matte paper. Prints are approximately 30 yrs old. Fair condition, some yellowing due to age. Suitable for framing. Measuring approximately 15 1/2” x 11 1/2” Edward Sheriff Curtis (February 19, 1868 – October 19, 1952) was an American photographer and ethnologist whose work focused on the American West and on Native American people. Sometimes referred to as the "Shadow Catcher", Curtis traveled the United States to document and record the dwindling ways of life of various native tribes through photographs and audio recordings.
