glamrepeat @jasminerenee925 sorry was looking at wrong pants. Small is 16”, Med is 16.5” and Large is 17”. That’s w/o me stretching. They do have some stretch though if needed. I’d say a S or M would work. I wear a small and I typically wear an 8/10.
