This skirt is in very good pre-owned condition and is a flattering short skirt in a bright print of red, pink, blue, navy and green. The back of the skirt stretches at waist. The tie is long enough to wear at side or front. At 20 inches it is considered a short skirt, not a mini (according to google). Note: There is a small light gray squiggle mark on the inside of the skirt near the tag (see last photo please). The mark does not show through to the outside of the skirt at all. I just want to mention so you are aware.
