Is this dress tiered? Is the neck round/scoop or does it have a tie like a lot of the Natural Life dresses have? It’s hard to tell in the pictures because the coloring of the fabric is so dark.

@davisborn i understand ,I added clear pictures for the neck area,front has an opening you could tie it or leave it loose,neck is round .Bottom of dress doesn't have tiers,only one piece from the chest area,pretty much loose from chest down.Hope this helps.
