Steve Madden Royal Blue Top with Gold Zipper

Elegant royal blue top by Steve Madden. Accentuated with a sleek gold zipper in the top back of the shirt, it down down to about sholder blade length. The front have some of Steve Madden‘s designer shoes in a print. It is a long sleeve with a ruffle down at the bottom of the sleeve going up the wrist. Says it’s a size small but it definitely fits as an extra small. Brand new with the tags never been worn!
