Gray with almost a metallic undertone to it. Silver toned hardware with buckle detail. Studded bottom. Magnetic clasp and hook closure. Inside organizer pockets. Does show signs of use. Inside lining seam has some fraying that could be trimmed, but doesn't affect use at all. No holes in the lining itself. See photos for actual condition.
