This little beauty has been my own personal hat for about 4 years and I’ve worn it quite a bit…mostly to concerts, and on a cruise. Now I’m eyeballing an open crown hat on my wall, so before I take it as my own, I have to part with one of my current hats. It’s a pure fur felt, Resistol hat that has been shaved, bleached and dyed a beautiful turquoise with lighter and darker variations. It has a goat hide band, leather cord, leather laces, and one of my turquoise post earrings attached to the front. There’s a hole in the front and strategic burn that adds to its aged patina. I’m very proud of this hat, considering it was my first experience with fur felt…and an experiment that turned out way beyond expectations. It’s a small size 21.5” and it has its original sweatband. 5” tall 3.5” brim Well loved, well worn, and good for a few more decades! Anasazi
