Elastic waist, full length pant with tie at waist. Has a wide leg and fit loose. Can be worn dressed up or down and would even be great as a swimsuit coverup. I have never worn these. They were too big when I got them and I just never returned. There is a small mark on one of the legs (last picture). I have not tried to get it out but it’s not really noticeable.
