This copy is in great used condition. Very slight cosmetic wear around the edges--this might not even be noticeable on the pics, it's pretty minimal--and otherwise like new. The binding is tight and all pages are intact.
Some years back my husband dared me to go one full year doing yoga every day. Which I hated. Amazingly, I did not divorce him AND I have done yoga every day since then because he threatens to do it without me and I have yoga FOMO. Also coincidentally I stopped getting plantar fasciitis and pulling muscles all the time. 🤔 Conclusion: he is a menace who has improved my life immeasurably and must therefore be stopped.
Anyway. We cobbled together our own stretching routine that works for our needs, and I also have another yoga book, so this book needs a new home! 🧘 🌈 ✨
