Hi! Even tho this is synthetic turquoise, are the beads/ cross hard like stone or plastic like? . I want to hang it and the sun in Florida will fade plastic and make it brittle. TIA! 😊

@saverio1 It's heavier than plastic. Almost stone like, perhaps 70% on that scale.

@rjsposhcloset Thank you! In your opinion, would you hang it from your rearview mirror or clutch in the hot Florida sun?

@rjsposhcloset That’s a fair answer. I saw you’re in Ohio. Have you ever gone to Cedar Point? I’m from NY and growing up, we’d always vacation there, I miss it!

@saverio1 I have other jewelry like this and got some really corrosive machine cleaner on it, and it still looks good.

@rjsposhcloset So you think I could coat it to make it stronger or more protected?
Sep 26Reply

rjsposhcloset
@saverio1 sure, that sounds like a good idea.

@saverio1 OOps, I totally missed your Cedar Point question. Oh YES, I went every year up until my 2nd disc in my back ruptured and riding the rides got too rough for me.
