Hi, I made an offer on this little dress for my granddaughter. She will be 3 in Feb. This reflects my offer. I'm worried that it may be too small. She wore a Women's Exchange dress in a size 24 mo. last Christmas. If this dress runs like a 24 mo., it won't fit her. I hope that my offer doesn't offend you! Thank you, Kay
