Vintage Heart Pendant Gold Tone Necklace – July Birthstone Ruby Red Rhinestone

Charming vintage necklace featuring a gold tone open heart pendant adorned with a sparkling row of clear rhinestones along the top curve. Suspended in the center is a vibrant round-cut red rhinestone. The pendant hangs from a delicate gold tone chain. The chain measures approximately 18" long with a spring ring clasp. The pendant measures approximately 3/4" long and 3/4" wide. Circa 1980s/1990s. Excellent vintage condition with minimal signs of wear as shown in photos.
