shayehastings @peggy1658 With the other buttons buttoned and top one left unbuttoned, there's some stretch to it and has a 23" ptp in case that helps. Just depends on how you'd wear it :)

shayehastings @s_lanh Hi, the straight line measurement is 23" but there is a a little curve with elbow area so probably another inch also. Hope this helps. It's a really nice coat :)
