Yes of course! Long answer: The inseam is (about) 28.5" but I would just say 28"-- it was a bit odd to measure just due to the drawstring (can be readjusted so can change where it hits)

@momi1002 It is elastic with drawstrings on hips so it's adjustable. Measures 13" now and can stretch to around 17" and can obviously be made smaller due to the drawstrings! Hopefully this helps!
