This cute, WHO WHAT WEAR brand, long ruffle-sleeve, striped black and cream-colored sweater top, in large, is brand new, has never been worn, and is in excellent, new and clean condition. It has a crew neck, a bit of a puff sleeve at the shoulders and ruffle-cuff sleeves. When lying flat, this top measures approximately 20 1/2" from pit to pit, about 22" in length, and about 17" across the bottom hem. The sleeves measure approximately 25" in length; and of that, a 3 1/4" ruffle cuff. So cute! The material is a blend of cotton and polyester that is soft and comfy. Machine wash; lay flat to dry.
