sutleyd2611 @boymama1114 added a photo for you :) that’s without the drawstring pulled tight which can tighten another 1-2 inches. These are def on the shorter side, though, but that’s the style these kids wear now haha! If your son wears youth xl in other shorts I would say these would be ok but if he’s super thin might have to size down! Hope this helps!
