@wrosegold The skirt is 43 inches long and across the waist measures 16.5 and stretches to 20 inches. I purchased the fabric from hobby lobby a while back and don't have the details and what it is but it is woven, lightweight and thin (not fuzzy) I would guess its a cotton polyester blend. Hope this helps
