Adorable hand trinket dish made by Lefton circa 1950s. This pink colored hand holds a pink rose between the thumb and first finger. The last two fingers are slightly curled in, making a nice little holder in the palm section of this hand. There is another smaller rose on the wrist along with a gold band (bracelet-like) around the wrist. On the back is the Lefton Hallmark stamp that says, "LEFTON CHINA HAND PAINTED". This trinket dish would be perfect for jewelry - rings, necklaces, earrings. This unique little dish measures 5" long by 2" wide. It is approx. 2" high.
