kitty_deluxe Are the buttons functional or decorative? Can you please provide waist & hip measurements? Is there stretch in the fabric? Particularly the waist? If so, approximately how much?

binettecathy @kitty_deluxe hi sorry for the delayed response. The buttons are decorative, the chest is 16" laying flat and the waist is 13.5" laying flat. There's stretch to the fabric but not a lot I would say it will stretch like 1 or 2 inches.
