@lavishedtwice it is approx 21.5 in PTP when laid flat but not pulled tight. Almost 22 in when I do that. 21 in if just measured no flatting out. The length seems to be approx. 32 in from shoulder to front bottom when laid flat on floor. It is marked as a ten. I wear a 8-10 top most times unless over sized and this fits great. Room for my tops underneath it.
