Extraordinary rich black Lace (I think you call that lace … it’s kinda seems a little thicker than lace 🤷‍♀️ I’m bad at namin fabrics ) skirt Rare one of a kinda couture cocktail black tie Made in 90s /Y2K era to be inspired by Victorian style from the famous Alabama Shakespeare Festival The lace it’s a thick sturdy lace and bottom mermaids out with tulle —- very nice heavy weight too. Lots a material in this ! Pretty perfect condition—- I few nicks in the tulle that no one will ever see u less they are on the floor inspecting you , which would be weird 😁 and also a big tear in the interior bottom lining which no one will ever see soooo who cares! (Both shown in photos after measurements) Fits mannequin pretty perfectly low waisted. May fit a M high waisted Please check measurements
