Found the name, this is the "Aurora I'm a Mystery Skater Skirt" by Killstar. I know it was purchased sometime in the last decade and perhaps worn once. It has been in storage for the last five. Slightly see-through mesh overlay is covered in tiny moons and and the inside lining is a silky fabric. Side zipper closure. The exact materials unknown, as there is weirdly no care tag?
