This is a pair of authentic Aetrex orthotic insoles, style L100 for women’s fashion shoes , size 6 WITHOUT BOX. Tried nice it twice, they did not work for me. One small scuff mark on outside of right insole. They’ve been stored in my closet in my smoke free home for awhile.
