New with tags. Zara black tweed dress. There is short fringe on the waist, hem, sleeve cuff, and neckline. The back has a small keyhole on the back of the dress. The dress is predominately black but it has white and gray threads going thru the fabric. The fabric content is 100% Polyester. The tweed texture give the dress an interesting feel and look.
