basicbountiful @amywinters80 Thanks for your inquiry! I am measuring 12.5in from the body of the bag to the strap at its longest and 9.5in at its shortest. That was while holding it up to let the bag "hang" as it would on the shoulder. There are 5 notches to choose from between those lengths.
