Vintage Levi Strauss & Co. Polyester A-line Skirt with Pockets 80s Teacher Wear

Vintage Levi Strauss & Co. Polyester A-line Midi Skirt with Pockets Cream color polyester A-line skirt with that signature Levi Strauss & Co. stitch at pockets and down the front. Midi or calf length. Nice deep pockets. Small gathers at the waistband. Back zipper with cream color button closure. MATERIAL: No material tag, but it could be a polyester-cotton blend because it has a nice quality weave and no pills at all. CARE: No care tag, but it did fine going through gentle machine wash and being hung to dry. I don't think it needed much steaming. CONDITION: Excellent vintage condition with no flaws found. It was probably worn with Hushpuppy shoes, Leggs pantyhose, a modest button-up shirt, maybe a sweater vest and a proper coiffure. Total 1980s teacher wear. Likely part of one of the early 1980s agreements for Levi Strauss & Co. to do a sportswear line (meaning, comfortable stretchy polyester) with JC Penney or Sears. I did find this alongside a JC Penney skirt just like it but in navy.
