COS black midi dress, size large

This sweater on top, twill, flared, ruffle hem midi dress by COS is so cute. I used to travel for work but, no longer do and I live in San Diego. This is dark black even though some pics don't look it. The ruffle is so cute on, it's great with boots or booties. See measurements in pics. The crew neck is perfect for a scarf or necklace.
